Welcome to my new journal about hand work,especially hand quilting. I am a former kindergarten teacher of 21 years and am enjoying my retirement by working on the 42 projects I have listed in a journal about my quilts. This Brown Eight-Pointed Star quilt was begun back in the Dark Ages.....scraps collected over 4 decades and hand pieced beginning in the 90's.
I am hoping to finish this long-term project before I go to Tampa October 25th. I only have one border triangle to finish. On stitch at a time........
